In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

In alignment with the UAE Federal Government’s revised working week, Smart City Systems has adopted a Monday to Friday work schedule, effective January 1, 2022.

SAAS application will undergo routine maintenance every Sunday from 21:00 to 21:30, during which the application may be temporarily unavailable.
